Every mumin in the mauze is a potential human resource for the Jamaat. The various skills of diffferent mumineen can be utilized and enhaced to help achieve the 12 Umoor goals. Intelligent selection and placement of khidmatguzars and their cordial coordination is vital in achieving mauze goals with ease and in improving performance and motivation.

Mumineen and Muminaat organizations should be trained and developed in the best possible way – to render the khidmat of Dawat and Mumineen.


The following are some of the core responsibilities of the Coordinator and

the Members of Umoor Mawarid Bashariyah:

  • Khidmat Targheeb: Encourage and assist Mumineen to register for khimdat under the 12 Umoor as per their expertise and interests.
  • Work Delegation and Gap Filling: Analyze the 12 Umoor Committees in the mauze to identify gaps in human resources to delegate the right khidmat to the right person and fill the gaps.
  • Event Management: Utilize the various human resources and 12 Umoor Committees and other sansthas to efficiently manage small-scale as well as large-scale events in the mauze.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and review the performance of all 12 Umoor khidmatguzar for future enhancements, changes, and training.
  • Human Resource Development (HRD): Enhance the capabilities of existing khidmatguzars through soft skill training, professional workshops, online courses, etc.
  • Masool / Musaid System: Strengthen the Masool / Musaid System in the mauze.
  • Liaising with Organizations (Sansthao): Coordinate with the different sansthas of the mauze to help meet the HR requirements for all Umoor Teams.
